Matt Turner MBE
Matt Turner is the CEO and Founder of Creative Pod, the international marketing and design agency he launched from his bedroom in 2006, and was awarded an MBE for services to business and charity.
A multi-award-winning entrepreneur and philanthropist, Matt is also co-owner of Crawley Town F.C. and founder of Young Start Up Talent, supporting young entrepreneurs aged 16–25 in launching their businesses.
Known for his creativity and community impact, Matt has raised over £20 million for charities through fundraising initiatives and is passionate about supporting local communities, young entrepreneurs and charitable causes across the UK.
Sophia Bhatti
Sophia Bhatti is a former professional tennis player and the founder and owner of Wimbledon Wealth. Drawing on the discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking developed through elite sport, she brings a focused and methodical approach to long‑term planning and decision‑making.
Sophia is known for her clarity, attention to detail, and research‑led mindset. She values independence, informed choices, and sustainable growth, and enjoys translating complex ideas into clear, actionable insight. Kayleigh Mardell
Kayleigh Mardell, co-owner of Jayserv Mechanical & Electrical, has helped grow the business alongside her husband from a one-man operation into a respected multi-million-pound company, while raising a young family as a mother of three.
Having attended over 60 primary schools by the age of seven whilst growing up travelling with the circus, Kayleigh developed a natural ability to adapt, connect with people and build strong relationships.
Known for her resilience and determination, she is passionate about sustainability, community impact and encouraging more women into the construction industry, helping others recognise their potential regardless of background or experience
Fabienne Kentish
With nearly 20 years of experience across real estate, construction, legal and financial services, Fabienne is Head of Business Development at CHPK Group, where they build relationships and connect people across the built environment.
Having grown up in a family immersed in construction, they developed a lifelong passion for the industry and are committed to creating lasting impact through collaboration, mentorship and meaningful connections. They are also a passionate advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion, mental health, and supporting the next generation of industry professionals.
James Free
James has over 28 years of experience in the MEP sector of the construction industry, beginning his career as a Quantity Surveyor before progressing into senior commercial leadership roles. In 2019, he founded Walker James Consulting (WJCL), a consultancy providing commercial, planning, and advisory support to clients across the built environment.
As Managing Director, James oversees the company’s operations, growth strategy, and key client relationships, while maintaining a hands-on approach to delivering commercial advice and project support. His extensive industry experience and practical leadership continue to play a key role in the success of both WJCL and its clients.
Parm Bhangal
Parm Bhangal is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and entrepreneur with over 15 years’ experience, having founded and scaled multiple businesses including Bhangals Construction Consultants and My Build Estimate.
Known for his strategic and systems-driven approach, Parm combines technical expertise with strong commercial insight to build scalable businesses and deliver clarity across complex construction projects.
Driven and solutions-focused, Parm is passionate about raising standards across the industry, regularly mentoring others and helping businesses transition from reactive working to structured, sustainable growth.
Denise Palmer-Davies
Denise Palmer-Davies is the founder of Borne Media, a PR and media agency known for its work with luxury brands, entrepreneurs, celebrities and sports figures. She previously served as Head of PR at a leading London agency and began her career as a BBC broadcast producer, giving her deep expertise in shaping and protecting public narratives.
With over 15 years of experience, she specialises in crisis communications and reputation management, particularly within the luxury and UHNW space, working closely with high-net-worth individuals, galleries and artists. She's a well-connected media commentator, known for her extensive contacts across UK and international press, and for building long-term relationships between key individuals and brands globally.
Una Barac
Una Barac is an internationally recognised architect and Founder and Executive Director of Atellior, a London and Zagreb-based architecture and interior design studio specialising in hospitality and luxury.
She began her career at Foster + Partners before spending 14 years at Scott Brownrigg, where she led hospitality design across the London and Croatian studios and worked on major projects including Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera, Park Plaza, Art’otel and Hilton Bournemouth.
Since founding Atellior in 2017, Una has grown the practice into an internationally respected studio working with leading hotel groups including Accor, Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Radisson, Four Seasons and Kerzner. Her work combines architectural rigour, creativity and contextual sensitivity to create distinctive hospitality environments that elevate the guest experience.
Nigel Marcoolyn
Nigel Marcoolyn is an RIBA and ARB chartered architect and Founding Director at made Architects, an innovative architectural practice with studios in London and across the South of the UK. He has extensive experience in architecture and design, contributing to the development and delivery of projects across a range of sectors, combining creative thinking with a practical understanding of clients’ needs and the built environment.
Nigel is also an RIBA Client Design Advisor, supporting education, sports and masterplanning for clients and organisations. Key to the success of projects is the ability to understand the client requirements, the needs of the senior team and wider stakeholders and ensuring that these are incorporated in a practical way.
Natasha Herman
Natasha Herman is the Co-Owner of The Labour Desk, a multi-million-pound trades and labour agency operating across the UK and recognised as a trusted name within the construction industry.
She has built her career by making bold decisions, creating opportunities and bringing the right people together. Through networking, Natasha has developed invaluable friendships, business relationships and collaborations with industry leaders who generously share their knowledge, expertise and opportunities.
Having been nominated for a Women in Business Award, Natasha is passionate about championing women and empowering the next generation of talent across construction. She believes leadership is about opening doors, raising others up and ensuring success is shared.
Through The Executive Forum, Natasha intends to raise the profile of The Labour Desk while using her platform to connect, support and champion others. She is ambitious, driven and unapologetic about wanting to make an impact, because she believes the strongest leaders don’t just build successful businesses; they build powerful communities around them.
